About the role
- Advising customers, selling, and fitting assistive devices
- Administrative tasks, such as processing orders
- Handling the cash register
- Communicating with customers and payers (e.g., insurance providers) in person, by phone and by email
Requirements
- Some experience in retail or in supplying assistive devices is desirable
- Completed commercial/vocational training (business-related) is an advantage
- Driver's license class B (car)
- Motivation to learn and master industry-specific software
- Basic IT/computer skills
- Friendly, competent, and customer-oriented attitude and behavior
