Requirements
2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and enjoyable to work with.
Team player, thriving in a collaborative space with lots of moving parts.
Impeccable organizational skills and deep attention to detail.
Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities with ease.

General understanding of relevant recruiting tools, such as Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, etc.
