About the role

  • Champion developer experience by designing, building, and scaling automation and tooling for AQtive Guard
  • Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for Kotlin, Go, Rust, and Python services deployed on Kubernetes
  • Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and automation to simplify developer workflows and standardize deployments on Kubernetes
  • Act as an advocate for developer experience, eliminating friction from local development to production
  • Take ownership of projects in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Developer Productivity role
  • Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines
  • Production experience with build systems & toolchains spanning multiple languages
  • Advanced scripting and software development skills for building automation and internal tools (e.g., Go, Python, Bash)
  • Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform
  • Proven ability to thrive on a small team in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling modern CI/CD systems and developer automation
