About the role

Champion developer experience by designing, building, and scaling automation and tooling for AQtive Guard
Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for Kotlin, Go, Rust, and Python services deployed on Kubernetes
Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and automation to simplify developer workflows and standardize deployments on Kubernetes
Act as an advocate for developer experience, eliminating friction from local development to production
Take ownership of projects in a fast-paced startup environment

5+ years of production experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Developer Productivity role
Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines
Production experience with build systems & toolchains spanning multiple languages
Advanced scripting and software development skills for building automation and internal tools (e.g., Go, Python, Bash)
Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform
Proven ability to thrive on a small team in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling modern CI/CD systems and developer automation
