Sales Operations Manager – Right Hand to Executive Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create clean, persuasive proposals from meeting notes and templates — quickly and independently
- Establish and maintain a reliable follow-up cadence for all open deals (no lead goes cold)
- Keep our CRM (Attio) consistently up to date: stages, next steps, forecast
- Coordinate deals: meetings, pre-reads, internal alignment, partner/vendor communication
- Prepare and follow up executive meetings and translate outcomes into clear action items
- Provide a weekly pipeline and revenue overview for executive management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Chief of Staff, Account Management or similar (ideally B2B/SaaS/agency)
- Extremely organized and proactive — you spot what’s falling behind and take ownership
- Strong writing skills: your proposals and customer emails are polished and effective
- Tool-savvy (CRMs like Attio/HubSpot, project tools, Google Workspace); you learn new tools within days
- Negotiation-level German, good English
- Reliable and discreet with numbers, deals and the executive calendar
- Nice to have: experience with AI tools, structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC), experience in fast-growing startups or agencies
