About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You lead client projects in AI, automation and software development.
  • You translate business requirements into clear technical concepts, project plans and work packages.
  • You coordinate developers, AI engineers, designers and external stakeholders.
  • You run workshops, conduct requirements analyses and handle technical alignments with clients.
  • You support kick-offs, workshops and key project meetings — including on-site at client locations when required.
  • You keep timelines, budgets, quality and risks under control.
  • You document decisions, specifications and project progress clearly.
  • You identify technical dependencies early and find pragmatic solutions.
  • You contribute to the ongoing development of our internal project processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior-level experience in technical project management, preferably in software, AI or automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, web technologies, cloud systems and modern software development.
  • Ability to engage with technical teams on equal terms without necessarily programming daily.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Professional and reliable presence in client meetings, both remote and on-site.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany for client meetings, workshops and project coordination.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, ticketing systems and technical documentation.
  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English (B2–C1).
