About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for both the frontend and backend of our platform.
You build the UI that our users see every day, and the services that process millions of generation jobs in the background.
Architecture and implementation of our frontend (React, Next.js) — state management, performance, component system
Backend services with Node.js and Nest.js — APIs, authentication, job queues, webhooks
Data model and performance of our PostgreSQL database
Containerization and deployment via Docker and Kubernetes
Integration of the ML/agent pipelines from our AI engineers into the platform UX
Code reviews and close collaboration with the founding team on architectural decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer with product responsibility in production
Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/Nest.js
Experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization
Confident with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes
German C2 and English C1
Builder mentality: you deliver production software, not just prototypes
Plus: hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in day-to-day work
Experience developing custom commands, sub-agents, or MCP servers
Experience with event-driven architectures and queues (BullMQ, Temporal, SQS)
Background in B2B SaaS or creative tooling
Experience with Stripe, Auth0, Clerk, or similar
