Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce applications
Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce platform components
Build and maintain automation frameworks using Karate and Selenium
Validate Salesforce custom applications, Lightning components, and Apex logic
Perform Agentforce testing and validation to ensure business process accuracy
Conduct API testing (RESTful services) and integration validation
Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance standards
Execute security testing aligned with best practices
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Track defects, ensure resolution, and maintain test documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

9+ years of experience in QA / Testing
3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing
Strong proficiency in QA automation using Karate and Selenium
Experience testing Salesforce custom applications, Lightning components, and Apex code
Hands-on experience with Agentforce testing and validation
Demonstrated expertise in accessibility testing
Strong knowledge of security testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with API testing and RESTful services
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
