About the role

  • Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and resolve critical production issues in a timely manner
  • Lead and coordinate with offshore teams, ensuring smooth delivery and support
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD-related activities
  • Work on Retail business processes including promotions, store operations, and store sales
  • Support and enhance SAP Fiori applications related to Retail/Store Operations
  • Handle interfaces, batch jobs, and integration processes within SAP landscape
  • Perform basic debugging and technical analysis to troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements
  • Support S/4HANA environments and related implementations/upgrades
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • Proven experience working with Retail clients/projects
  • Experience in Application Maintenance Support (AMS)
  • Good understanding of Retail processes (Promotions, Store Ops, POS, Sales)
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications
  • Knowledge of interfaces, batch jobs, and integrations
  • Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle both functional and basic technical aspects
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proven leadership experience managing offshore teams
