About the role
- Recruiting executives
- Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates
- Managing and optimizing our presence on job portals
- Advising and collaborating with our departments
- Managing the entire candidate management process
- Independently developing and applying new and unconventional recruiting methods
- Collaborating with Marketing on social-media recruiting
Requirements
- Some initial experience in recruiting is an advantage
- You are the kind of person who enjoys reaching out to others and nurturing relationships
- You have strong communication skills and a confident, polished way of expressing yourself
- You are very familiar with social media such as Instagram, LinkedIn or Xing
- You are eager to learn; we will train you on our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- You are creative and have frequently demonstrated initiative
