About the role
- Planning, managing and monitoring cleaning processes
- Operational and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as the service specification
- Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration
- Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners
- Developing and implementing optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role within building/ commercial cleaning
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
- Class B driving licence
- Hands-on attitude
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
- Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and customer-service orientation
