About the role
- Managing multiple clients
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical building management
- Independently planning maintenance and repair measures
- Participating in the implementation of major building maintenance projects and smaller new-build, conversion and extension works in the building services trades
- Cost optimization of technical and infrastructural FM services
- Scheduling, coordination and performance monitoring of external service providers
- Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management, energy/utilities engineering (Versorgungstechnik), Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a comparable field
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1)
- Solid knowledge of technical building management
- Customer-oriented demeanor, strong organizational skills and assertiveness
- Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems
- Driving license class B (car)
