About the role
- Plan, manage and oversee cleaning processes
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the cleaning team
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specifications
- Responsible for inventory management and budget control
- Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
- Develop and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within the building/commercial cleaning sector
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems
- Valid driving licence (class B)
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset and service orientation
