About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve sales, profitability, customer retention, and growth goals.
- Drive execution of sales strategies, CRM best practices, safety expectations, and operational standards while monitoring performance and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent, supporting performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partner with branch leadership and corporate teams to align staffing, financial performance, and business initiatives across your region.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Experience leading sales teams, preferably managing four or more sales professionals in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills with a passion for developing people.
- Financial and business acumen, analytical decision-making abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
