About the role
- Own the full project lifecycle—planning schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring jobsite readiness for smooth installation
- Lead communication across customers, vendors, and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed
- Manage materials, logistics, and change orders while maintaining control of project budgets and financial health
- Oversee project execution onsite when needed, including kickoff, testing, and final customer acceptance
Requirements
- Experience managing complex projects, preferably in warehouse, material handling, construction, or manufacturing
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communication style—comfortable working with customers, field teams, and technical partners
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to operate in both structured and collaborative environments
