Product Owner, Functional Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and keeping priorities aligned with business goals.
- Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives in close collaboration with the founders, Tech Lead and development team.
- Translate customer feedback, support patterns, and commercial requirements into actionable product decisions.
- Validate new features and releases from a user perspective, ensuring that what gets built matches what was specified and behaves as a pharmacist would expect.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via email and chat for pharmacy users, providing timely and accurate responses.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in a product management, project management, or closely related role, ideally in a SaaS or software product environment.
- Solid understanding of agile/scrum practices.
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with project and product management tools (Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar).
- Organised, pragmatic, and customer-aware mindset.
- Albanian and English required. Dutch or French is a plus but not a blocker given translation tooling.
