About the role
- Provide expert clinical leadership across radiotherapy simulation, planning, and treatment
- Ensure high-precision treatments like Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy are delivered effectively
- Assist the RT leadership team with daily functions in maintaining high-quality patient care
- Lead the review and implementation of clinical protocols, clinical projects, staff training and credentialing
Requirements
- Qualified RT with current registration from AHPRA
- Eligible for Radiation Users Licence with the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
- Demonstrated sound technical skills and have a sound understanding of Radiotherapy Practice and Principles
- Expertise in Advanced Techniques Simulation, Planning and Treatment and learners’ supervision
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, prioritise workload, manage a team under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to roll out and manage clinical projects within a multi-disciplinary framework.
