- End-to-end accountability for the strategy, governance, delivery, adoption, and ongoing operation of the Salesforce platform across Barwon Health and the SWARH alliance
- Act as the platform owner and product lead

- Ensure Salesforce delivers measurable value, remains secure and fit for purpose, and evolves in alignment with organisational and regional digital strategy
