About the role

  • Work flexibly across McKellar Kids Rehab services
  • Provide paediatric rehabilitation within a multidisciplinary team and support healthcare transition for youth in a key worker model

Requirements

  • Support children and youth with complex health conditions
  • Provide physical rehabilitation services for infants, children and young people after serious injury, illness or surgery
  • Provide specialist assessment, rehabilitation and advice for children with neuro-disability requiring tone management or orthopaedic interventions
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised, goal focused and coordinated care
  • Collaborate with local and tertiary healthcare providers and key stakeholders in education and disability sectors
