About the role
- Work within the Multidisciplinary Teams to deliver high quality evidence-based therapy to patients in our sub-acute (Rehab) wards
- Provide individually tailored therapy support as requested, including exercise programs, facilitating mobility, sourcing and coordinating loan equipment for discharge
- Assist Allied Health clinicians with patient therapy
- Undertake a range of non-clinical duties supporting the provision of Allied Health services
- Responsible for AHA student supervision and mentoring of junior AHA staff
- Receive clinical support from the Physiotherapy team
Requirements
- Suitable qualifications that meet the selection criteria
- Employed experience working in a healthcare setting with patients around exercise and individual therapy
