Requirements
- Play a crucial role in Barwon South West Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project implementation of SAP’s SuccessFactors
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document technical business processes, technical functions and user stories to enhance the People Plus system
- Use best practice methodology and industry recognised processes
- Lead the articulation of business needs and the facilitation of business and system solutions
- Collaborate with the project Solution Architect, Technical Analyst Data Migration and the SWARH ICT Project Manager as well as the future System Administrator and Process Owners
