About the role
- Support Department of Health and MHDAS reporting and Activity-Based Funding (ABF) requirements
- Enter and maintain community contact statistics, episodes of care, and Outcome Measures in CMI
- Monitor compliance and completion of Outcome Measures and contact statistics
- Conduct audits and provide regular feedback to clinicians and managers
- Provide education and guidance on EMR workflows and reporting requirements
- Work closely with the MHDAS Data Analyst to identify and resolve data gaps
- Act as a technical system administrator for CMI, including error correction and task allocation
- Provide front-end RAPID/CMI support to clinical and administrative staff
Requirements
- Strong administrative and data-entry skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with EMR or clinical information systems
- Confident communicating with clinicians, managers, and administration staff
- Comfortable monitoring compliance and providing feedback
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Well-organised, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities
