About the role

  • Deliver consumer centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Barwon Health requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective communication within a multi-disciplinary team so that patients receive quality ongoing care
  • Facilitate service coordination where possible to ensure broader health and well-being issues are supported

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Perioperative nurses with Management and/or Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant area will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well organised and have good time management skills
