About the role

  • Ensure effective human resource management systems and initiatives to enable the progression and achievement of Hesse’s service objectives.
  • Administer the organisations Workplace Health & Safety program including staff health and wellbeing initiatives, return to work and rehabilitation programs.
  • Make a direct and significant impact on the health and well-being of a close-knit community.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive care to our age care residents, patients and community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline are desirable.
