About the role

  • Develop strategic plans that connect multiple teams and initiatives
  • Translate strategic direction into clear tactical and operational plans
  • Organize and consolidate complex information to support decision-making
  • Create executive presentations with clarity, concise synthesis, and storytelling
  • Design and lead governance rituals (meetings, follow-ups, and cadences)
  • Create and organize processes, workflows, and work routines across teams
  • Ensure alignment and integration across different marketing functions
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage integrated timelines
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics, providing strategic guidance
  • Identify misalignments, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Build data- and performance-driven executive reports
  • Map opportunities based on analysis, benchmarks, and trends
  • Propose structural improvements and process optimizations
  • Operate in dynamic environments with multiple demands and high complexity
  • Use tools (including AI) to increase productivity and organization
  • Act as a facilitator connecting teams and projects

Requirements

  • Knowledge of strategic marketing planning
  • Experience building and organizing 360° plans (product launches and always-on)
  • Understanding of branding fundamentals and communication strategy
  • Knowledge in structuring KPIs, metrics, and performance monitoring
  • Ability to read, analyze, and consolidate data from different marketing areas
  • Understanding of the marketing ecosystem (content, creative, media, CRM, SEO, influencer, e‑retail, social)
  • Familiarity with planning methodologies (funnel, customer journey, OKRs or similar)
  • Experience organizing marketing processes, workflows, and routines
  • Knowledge of applying artificial intelligence in marketing
