About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to build candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Act as employer brand ambassador promoting Salla's mission, values, and a human-centric hiring experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Strong understanding of various recruiting platforms, tools, techniques, and ATS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
