Key responsibilities & impact

Source and identify promising candidates for the Tamheer program with potential in e-commerce roles.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, mentors, and partners to support talent growth.
Coordinate training, workshops, and development initiatives tailored to e-commerce skills.
Monitor progress and performance of participants, providing guidance and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align talent development with industry needs.

Requirements

Experience in talent development, recruitment, or program coordination, preferably within e-commerce or related fields.
Good understanding of the e-commerce industry and its skills requirements.
