Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration.
Preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-8 years civil litigation experience required.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred).
Admission to the California State Bar.
