Perform Talent Acquisition related duties at the professional level
Fulfill SVMH’s talent needs through proactive external talent sourcing and recruitment
Complete intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers
Proactively source talent through various recruitment channels
Screen interest to narrow the applicant pool and present qualified applicants to the hiring manager
Conduct assessment interviews for hard-to-fill and leadership positions
Advise leaders on the standard talent selection process
Prepare the conditional offer, references, and negotiate on behalf of the hiring manager
Assist with special projects as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources related field strongly preferred
HRCI or SHRM HR certification is preferred
A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience preferably in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Talent Sourcing and Executive Level Recruitment.
