Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Workday, ensuring alignment with our healthcare system’s objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate data migration and integration activities and ensure data accuracy, security, privacy and integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions.
Develop and execute effective communication plans to inform stakeholders about project activities.
Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Manage system upgrades and updates for performance optimization and process improvement.
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, implementing best practices and staying updated on new Workday features and enhancements.
Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and user acceptance.
Measure the impact of process changes and adjust plans as needed.
Coordinate plans to provide training to users and support teams, and create documentation for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, eight (8) years’ healthcare experience required in one or more of the following areas: human capital management, financial management or supply chain management systems.
Three (3) years’ experience managing human capital, financial or supply chain systems.
At least one year of leadership experience in leading teams.
Strong business orientation and broad experience in the healthcare industry managing IT activities.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
