About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively manages timelines and meets all deadlines
  • Collaborates daily with Dev and Help Desk teams participating in team level reviews and revisions
  • Collaborates with clients, users, and subject matter experts to gather accurate information
  • Translates complex requirement concepts into clear, concise language
  • Ensures documentation is well-organized and adheres to organizational style guides
  • Develops and maintains user guides, training materials, and other communication pieces
  • Keeps existing documentation up-to-date and is responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining documents as the application changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly adept and proficient with MS Office products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with high attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative on assigned tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Familiarity with RMF, NIST, and other federal cybersecurity policies is a plus, but not required.
