About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consulting, requirements management, design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions
Creation of reports and dashboards with Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, Power BI, or CRM Analytics
Designing BI process flows together with internal clients and external partners
Troubleshooting data management issues and proposing and implementing improvements
Defining and implementing rules and standards for data extraction, staging, information modeling and reporting
Advising clients of various company sizes and industries on designing complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on business intelligence
Preparing business-relevant data for different stakeholders and integrating it into business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional experience in business intelligence
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics with a focus on Controlling/Business Intelligence, or Statistics/Data Science, or a comparable qualification
Strong analytical skills
Ability to identify business challenges, articulate them, and translate them into concrete implementation plans
At least 1 year of experience with a common BI tool, ideally Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, Power BI, or CRM Analytics
Strong customer orientation as well as consulting and problem-solving skills
Team player with a confident demeanor
