About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and design innovative technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem for NGO and nonprofit clients
Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions
Advise clients on Salesforce requirements, best practices, and scalable, future‑proof solutions
Review technical compliance and scalability of solutions
Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning
Experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud
Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements
Strong conceptual skills in mapping client requirements to Salesforce features and workflows
Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
Leadership skills in technical teams
Clear and effective stakeholder communication
Desirable certification: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
Excellent German and English language skills
