Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and design innovative technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem for NGO and nonprofit clients
  • Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Advise clients on Salesforce requirements, best practices, and scalable, future‑proof solutions
  • Review technical compliance and scalability of solutions
  • Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary project teams
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce developments
  • Actively share knowledge with colleagues and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning
  • Experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud
  • Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements
  • Strong conceptual skills in mapping client requirements to Salesforce features and workflows
  • Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Leadership skills in technical teams
  • Clear and effective stakeholder communication
  • Desirable certification: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
  • Excellent German and English language skills
