Key responsibilities & impact

You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients.
You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices, presenting scalable and future-proof solutions.
You review the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions, ensuring the highest standards are met.
You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud
Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements
Strong conceptual skills in mapping client requirements to Salesforce features and workflows
Experience with best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
Leadership experience in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication
Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
Excellent German and English language skills combined with strong communication abilities.
