Key responsibilities & impact

Technical design and implementation: You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients
Client consulting: You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices, presenting scalable and future-proof solutions
Quality and scalability review: You verify the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions and ensure that the highest standards are met
Team collaboration: You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
Knowledge transfer: You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Many years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, as well as experience with the NPSP package and/or the Nonprofit Cloud
Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements
Strong conceptual skills in mapping customer requirements to Salesforce features and workflows
Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
Leadership skills in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication
Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
Excellent German and English language skills combined with strong communication abilities.
