About the role

  • Advise clients on the design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions
  • Create reports and dashboards using Tableau, Dataroma (Marketing Cloud Intelligence) and Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics
  • Design BI process workflows in close collaboration with internal business units and external partners
  • Troubleshoot data management issues and drive improvements in processes and structures
  • Define and implement standards for data extraction, staging, information modeling and reporting
  • Maintain and further develop applications for planning, reporting and analytics (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Marketing Cloud)

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business intelligence
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (with a focus on BI/Controlling), Statistics/Data Science, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business challenges
  • Experience with a mainstream BI tool, ideally Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics
  • Client-focused mindset with consulting and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a confident professional presence
