- Full end-to-end outbound sales process: identify, engage, qualify, close

- Close collaboration with our founder and the tech team to further develop the go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- You were a top performer in previous B2B sales roles (e.g., SaaS, agency, performance marketing)
- You have closed deals and built real pipeline
- You work in a structured way, but with speed
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You feel comfortable in international teams and can switch seamlessly between both languages
- You take ownership, don’t need micromanagement, and deliver proactively
- You want to earn more, learn more, and be among the best in your field
