About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct advisory and informational conversations with prospects by phone and video call
Analyze each prospect's starting situation and training needs
Advise on our training programs and government funding options
Support prospects throughout the entire advisory and decision-making process
Follow up with prospects and carry out follow-ups
Prepare and send training offers
Maintain and document all activities in the CRM system
Work closely with participant management and other departments
Achieve shared advisory and sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of professional experience as an educational advisor, training consultant, or in a comparable role at an educational provider
Experience advising on state-funded training programs
Solid knowledge of the funding landscape and the relevant application and approval processes
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
Confident presence in phone and video consultations
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
High customer and service orientation
Confident use of CRM systems
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
