Key responsibilities & impact

You accompany participants from the initial input through to the practical application in digital sales
You lead hands‑on exercises and coaching sessions based on real sales situations
You motivate participants, answer individual questions and support the transfer into professional practice
You foster a respectful atmosphere and encourage exchange within the group

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sales (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG)
Ability to run practical exercises and coach participants
Empathy and a basic understanding of psychology to address individual needs
Enjoyment of working digitally; deep IT expertise not required
Structured, communicative and motivating approach to work
