About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join Salem Clinic's Obstetrician-Gynecologist team
Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
Perform obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures in a high-volume practice
Option to perform robotic surgeries
Participate in approximately 140–150 deliveries per month across the group
Participate in the laborist-of-the-day call model
Work alongside advanced practice nurses, physician associates, and physicians
Use EPIC as the electronic medical record
Use DAX CoPilot AI for note building
Focus on patient care within an interdisciplinary clinical and onsite support environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board Certified / Board Eligible
Must work well in a collaborative group setting
Physician qualification as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist
Full-time availability
Ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings
Willingness to participate in a 1:9 call schedule
