What you’ll need

5+ year track record leading teams as a multi-unit leader
Experience working in a variety of store types
Knowledgeable of business metrics and market trends
Proven track record of hiring and developing a bench of Store leaders
Strong in time management, multi-tasking, accountability, effective communication and follow up.
