Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ year track record leading teams as a multi-unit leader
- Experience working in a variety of store types
- Knowledgeable of business metrics and market trends
- Proven track record of hiring and developing a bench of Store leaders
- Strong in time management, multi-tasking, accountability, effective communication and follow up.
