About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as liaison for any research involving transplant patients.
- Collaborate with transplant quality analysts for PI projects and auditing.
- Accurate and timely transplant data entry into the OPTN reporting system and corresponding program databases.
- Actively participate in QAPI committee meetings.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on OPTN and CMS regulatory compliance changes.
- Audit performance measures and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary transplant team to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide education to the multi-disciplinary team on regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
- Support the team with continuous survey readiness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years Registered Nurse (MO)
- National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Bachelor's Degree
