About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the team with administrative and commercial routines.
  • Enter, monitor and release orders in the SAP system.
  • Contact customers for commercial support and to follow up on requests.
  • Track orders from entry through delivery to the customer.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.
  • Support product return processes.
  • Assist with credit processes, including account setup, credit limit analysis and approvals.
  • Support the shipment of samples for customer testing.
  • Provide support to field sales representatives, specialists and other departments involved.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • Relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or commercial internship (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of or experience with SAP (advantageous).
