About the role

  • Analysis, verification and control of delivery receipts (proof of delivery/PODs);
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers and drivers;
  • Monitoring KPIs and communicating with internal teams;
  • Monitoring payments and trip settlements; operational control;
  • Processing payments to drivers and suppliers;
  • Creating purchase requisitions and attaching invoices in SAP;
  • Managing inefficiencies and sending fiscal documents (CT-e – electronic transport document);
  • Interface with internal departments: Purchasing, Logistics, Accounts Payable and Tax;
  • Forwarding invoices and managing payments to carriers;
  • Responding to inquiries and emails from carriers and truck drivers;
  • Supporting the commercial team and managing the order portfolio;
  • Scheduling and tracking deliveries, with follow-up with suppliers, carriers and customers;
  • Extracting and managing orders in SAP and scheduling in the TMS portal;
  • Preparing reports and KPIs in Excel.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Accounting, Business Management or related fields;
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills;
  • Organized, analytical and communicative profile;
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and data analysis.
Benefits
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Format: Hybrid – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (home office)
