About the role
- Analysis, verification and control of delivery receipts (proof of delivery/PODs);
- Liaising with suppliers, carriers and drivers;
- Monitoring KPIs and communicating with internal teams;
- Monitoring payments and trip settlements; operational control;
- Processing payments to drivers and suppliers;
- Creating purchase requisitions and attaching invoices in SAP;
- Managing inefficiencies and sending fiscal documents (CT-e – electronic transport document);
- Interface with internal departments: Purchasing, Logistics, Accounts Payable and Tax;
- Forwarding invoices and managing payments to carriers;
- Responding to inquiries and emails from carriers and truck drivers;
- Supporting the commercial team and managing the order portfolio;
- Scheduling and tracking deliveries, with follow-up with suppliers, carriers and customers;
- Extracting and managing orders in SAP and scheduling in the TMS portal;
- Preparing reports and KPIs in Excel.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Accounting, Business Management or related fields;
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills;
- Organized, analytical and communicative profile;
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and data analysis.
Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Format: Hybrid – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (home office)
