What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration; four additional years may substitute for a degree
Must have or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS in SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, or HAM
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell
Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM frameworks
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations
Experience with Jira Service Management
Understanding of ServiceNow App Engine Studio
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, catalog items, workflows, and asset management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
Preferred: ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, IT asset management, and software license management experience
