Key responsibilities & impact

Develop comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for application development and sustainment supporting PEO efforts
Develop test plans, strategies, cases, and procedures for ServiceNow modules and software updates
Design, write, and maintain reusable automated test scripts using Selenium, ServiceNow ATF, and CI/CD frameworks
Leverage DoD Approved Multimodal AI models to create customized ATF Steps
Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for ServiceNow applications and custom workflows
Conduct API testing for system integrations
Identify, track, and report bugs through defect reports, severity assessments, and bug hunts
Provide metrics on test coverage, defect trends, and product quality
Collaborate in sprint planning, defect triage, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
Apply DoD cybersecurity, data protection, and software quality best practices
Optimize and continuously improve test automation frameworks
Produce dashboards and performance reports supporting decision-making
Support User Acceptance Testing activities and create UAT tests with Product Owners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Nine (9) or more years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation
Active Secret Security Clearance required at the start of employment
IAT Level II certification required: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP
Experience with ServiceNow development and testing, including modules, workflows, and integrations
Knowledge of Selenium or ServiceNow ATF and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams
Master’s degree in a related field is desired
Seven (7) or more years of applicable experience is desired
