Support installations, systems and software engineering, cybersecurity, software development, infrastructure as code, training, logistics, integration, testing, and new messaging-system baselines/capabilities

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 18 or more years of experience; Master's degree and 16 or more years; or PhD/JD and 15 or more years
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance to start
CompTIA Security+ certification
Experience managing and maintaining software/systems in an Agile environment using CI/CD tools and regular Scrum meetings
Experience with Naval Messaging systems and systems design
Familiarity working on classified systems and managing classified data
Experience with IBM Rational Tools Suite
Experience using CAMEO digital engineering tools
Requirements development and allocation to DoD system designs
Experience developing systems engineering designs to DoD standards
Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Office, including Visio, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication skills
