Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day execution of task orders, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, service level agreements, and performance metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Interface with subcontractor management on assigned task orders; review subcontractor labor and cost forecasts and monitor technical, schedule, and cost performance.
Coordinate staffing changes with customers and subcontractors, including additions, deletions, and changes in level of effort.
Validate task order fund depletion against forecasts and coordinate with program control and contracts teams to mitigate execution risks.
Work with customers to mitigate service interruptions caused by funding or period-of-performance expiration.
Monitor task order performance and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and executive-level communications.
Identify operational inefficiencies and develop workflow-streamlining strategies.
Analyze contract processes and performance metrics.
Develop standard operating procedures, process maps, and best practices.
Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered solutions for program operations and business processes.
Use AI tools for resource planning and reporting automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years or more of related experience; or Master’s degree and eight years or more of experience; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of program, project, or task order management experience.
Experience with generative AI platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification.
US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain FAA public trust and FAA resume approval.
FAA experience preferred.
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and government contracting practices preferred.
Task Order Management preferred.
