Key responsibilities & impact- Manage contracts and proposals with various National Security Agencies
- Prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Review contractual documents for adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and master agreements
- Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and interpret terms and conditions
- Represent the organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
- Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems consistent with organizational objectives
- Support commercial work and complex Firm Fixed Price delivery efforts
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and multiple Task Order contracts
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer teaming agreements and proprietary information agreements
- Collect and submit data for regulatory reporting
- Manage OCI Plans
- Mentor contract team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline and minimum fifteen (15) years experience, or Master’s Degree and 13 years of experience
- Four additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree
- Minimum Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
- Cost proposal experience is required
- Thorough understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administration
- Full knowledge of industry practices
- Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFARS, TINA, and CAS
- Effective administrative and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Effective critical thinking skills and ability to assimilate
