About the role
- Support valuation process across various asset classes including private equity, credit, venture capital, and holding company investments
- Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc projects such as analyzing fund performance, business combinations and other initiatives
- Conduct investment valuation analysis through collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
- Assist in research, data visualization, and the creation of presentation materials and reports.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in finance, accounting or a related field is an asset
- A strong passion and/or interest in finance
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment where things change constantly
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with financial modeling and valuations
- Prior work experience in valuations, private equity, alternative asset management, professional firm or a related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for positions in Québec.
