Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in UX research, product research, or a similar role
- Experience in startup, scaleup, or B2B2C environments
- Strong across both generative and evaluative research
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on authority
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of clear, actionable insight
